The Motherease One-Size Nappy (MEOS) and One-Life Nappy are very similar. They are both two-part nappies, so require a separate waterproof wrap. The wraps do come in sizes. The absorbent nappy part is one-size with the rise (height) and waist measurements being adjusted by poppers. These nappies have boosters that are snapped in place (sometimes these have to be bought separately). A One-life booster will fit a ME and vice vera.
The thing I find hardest with this nappy is whether they were inside out! The inside of the nappy has 4 poppers showing at the top. These are used to fold down on the smaller setting (see below) or for attaching the booster on the larger setting. The inside may have a label in- with washing instructions, but on my used ones, this had fallen off! The One-Life or ME colourful label (if there is one) should be on the outside wing- so that it is visible when baby is wearing the nappy. This picture shows the nappy with the inside facing up- notice the 4 poppers at the front.

Smaller fitting:
This can be done in 2 ways.
First Way
Take out the booster (you shouldn't need it anyway with a small baby.) Fold the front part of the nappy down.

Snap the poppers on the wings to 2 of the 4 poppers now showing (these are the same poppers that hold the booster). Adjust the waist to fit.

For a small waist, bring the left wing over first, so that they can overlap.
Second Way
Place the nappy flat and bring the front part of the nappy up between the legs. Snap the poppers on the two wings together, then fold the front of the nappy back down. This will give a small waist fitting.

Larger Fitting
Snap the boosters in place (on the 4 poppers on the inside front).

Bring the front of the nappy between baby's legs, and snap the poppers on the wings to the outside front of nappy. Adjust to fit waist.

A liner should be used with these nappies (unless you have MEOS with a stay-dry lining.) Don't worry if bits of the liner are poking out from the nappy, but probably best to keep covered by the wrap
These nappies are pretty low in the leg, so choose your wrap carefully. If parts of the nappy are left uncovered, you will get leaks. ME and One-life both do excellent wraps that are designed to accompany these nappies.
