thenappysite WAHM shops have been designed for those who sell their own cloth nappies, baby-related products or other original eco-items. They may be hand made or manufactured (you can have a combination of both).
Please check our terms and conditions frequently, as they may be amended at any time. Your continued use of thenappysite will constitute your acceptance of the most up-to-date Terms. If you do not agree with these or future updates of these Terms, please discontinue use of our Services.
Thenappysite is not a retailer, but simply is a hosting venue to for WAHM shops. We play no part in any transactions between buyers and sellers and therefore have no jurisdiction over the items displayed, the truth/accuracy of the products, the ability of sellers to sell items or the ability of buyers to pay for items. We offer no guarantee that a buyer or seller will actually fulfil a transaction. Consequently, we do not transfer legal ownership of items from the seller to the buyer. Because we are a venue, in the event that you have a dispute with one or more users, you release thenappysite from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
Web site address
Your web address will be www.thenappysite.co.uk/wahm-(a name of your choice). The name of your shop must be original to you, and not an existing site (unless you own that site).
Eligibility
thenappysite WAM sites are available to, and may only be used by any persons aged 18 or over. WAHM websites are currently restricted to one per member of the nappysite.co.uk.
Your Transactions and Obligations
Seller
You must be legally able to sell the item(s) you list for sale on the Site. You must honesty describe your item and not deliberately deceive or exaggerate.
You can freely edit, add and delete content from your website whenever you wish, but the overall subject matter must remain in context with the original proposed outline of your submission. Example: If you have registered for 'Cloth Nappies', you cannot sell 'Double Glazing'!
Your listings may only include text descriptions, graphics, pictures and other content relevant to the sale of that item - no portals, gateways or page-refreshes should be included in items or pages.
When payment has been received, you are obligated to ship the item as described.
Buyers
You are obligated to complete all transactions with the sellers within a reasonable period of time.
Illegal Activity
Fraud
WAHM shops may only be used for lawful purposes and in a lawful manner. You may not sign up for a shop or make a purchase under a false name, impersonate any participant, or use another participant's password(s).
Spammers and individuals using 'Black-hat' techniques will not be tolerated and offenders may have their accounts closed without warning or refund.
Limitation and Liability
thenappysite.co.uk will not be liable for any damages of any kind.
If the terms and conditions have not been adhered to, any WAHM shop may be taken off-line without notice and without refund.
Thenappysite does not warrant that the information/webpages within WAHM shop site will be uninterrupted or error-free. However, errors will be corrected when found.
Data Protection
Any private information provided by you, the WAHM shop owner, will not be passed or sold to any third party or individual.
General
The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement. You consent to the exclusive Jurisdiction and venue of courts of England and Wales, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of thenappysite.co.uk web site and it's associated services.
